Howard Chen
• Mr. Hung-Wen Chen serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Apollomics.
• He brings decades of leadership experience across technology, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.
• He founded Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd., a leading global manufacturer of wireless broadband equipment.
• He previously worked at TSMC and has received major industry honors, including the Outstanding Alumni Award from National Tsing Hua University and the ERSO Award.
• He led the turnaround of Polaris Pharmaceuticals, guiding its strategic reorganization and successful Taiwan Stock Exchange listing in 2022.
• He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.

Alex Chen
• Mr. Yi-Kuei Chen serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Apollomics.
• He brings over two decades of leadership experience in biotechnology, venture capital, asset management, private equity, and corporate governance.
• He is a co-founder of Maxpro Ventures, where he helped execute more than 60 private equity transactions across the U.S. and Asia-Pacific region.
• His investment experience includes companies such as Acepodia, SyneuRx, GenScript, JHL Biotech, Foresee Pharmaceuticals, HEC Pharma, and ACT Genomics.
• He previously held senior roles at Integral Group and Central Investment Holdings, where he managed investments, led transactions, and served on multiple portfolio company boards.
• He holds an MBA from Syracuse University and an M.S. from the University of Minnesota.

Peter Lin
• Mr. Peter Lin brings over 20 years of strategic, investment, and executive leadership experience to Apollomics.
• He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Tanvex Biopharma, Tanvex CDMO, Tanvex Biopharma USA, Tanvex Biologic Corporation, and Theragent.
• He has investment management experience from Solarium Capital, where he executed acquisitions and equity investments across multiple sectors.
• Earlier in his career, he led a credit research team at WesCorp overseeing a $32 billion fixed-income portfolio.
• He serves as a board member across biopharma, medical device, media, publishing, and real estate private equity sectors.
• He holds degrees from UC Berkeley, Claremont Graduate University, and USC, and is a CAIA charterholder.
